Experience:
I started with Management Recruiters of Woodbury in 1987 after enjoying 17 years in Sales, Sales Management and Branch Management with AT&T. I started recruiting sales talent, was promoted to Manager of OM5, our Office Support Division, and then in 1991 started the Medical Device Franchise of Woodbury. Currently I also function as Training Manager for new hires.

I believe in making good matches where everyone wins. I have a passion for this business, and am in for the long haul, so honesty, integrity and good relationships with clients and candidates alike is the basis for how I function. I strive to bring value to the process by truly understanding the companies with which I work, (their philosophy, culture, management team and what they have to offer a candidate) and being able to accurately portray that to candidates. For clients I bring value by finding and recruiting top talent and sharing how that candidate can specifically benefit their organizations.

I recruit for Medical Device Manufacturers in all functional areas -Marketing, Business Development, Sales Management, Manufacturing, R&D, Operations, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory and Quality. I seek out degreed professionals in the industry who have brought significant value to their current and past employers and can articulate their accomplishments and results to prospective employers.
