During my four years at Management Recruiters/Compusearch, Woodbury, I have been assigned roles as manager, mentor and trainer of new and tenured Account Executives. This additional responsibility has been rewarding in that it has allowed me to share my knowledge and experiences, and enabled me to improve upon the skills and practices of other Account Executives.

Philosophy:

As an entrepreneur for 14 years, I believe I have an astute understanding of the challenges and concerns management is faced with on a day to day basis. This insight has enabled me to successfully identify the "best of breed" candidates for my clients. There is significantly more than matching skill sets when surfacing top talent for a specific position.
