Experience:
I joined Management Recruiters in 1994. Previously, I was a secondary education teacher and also worked in the garment center in NYC before that. I have worked on individual and team projects with both of those positions. I earned a Masters Degree in the sciences as well.
Philosophy:
My objective is to build a good working relationship with my candidates. I do my best to assist them throughout the entire placement process. I determine their wants and needs and treat each candidate in a special way. I listen attentively and do not sell an opportunity unless it's a good fit for their long-range growth and development. I work with a small number of client companies and provide them with the best candidates available in the industry. I take special pleasure in finding the right position for candidates I work with - I prepare them well for interviews, inform them about the company requirements and give them an honest assessment of their skills and when appropriate Is help them with making decisions regarding offers and negotiating salary. By not being pushy, I am able to get to know my candidates intimately, that results in getting them the right opportunity that really fits in terms of challenge, company size and culture.
People I Recruit:
My focus is the pharmaceutical industry. More specifically narrowing in on high degreed professionals in Clinical Research (MD, PhD), Medical Affairs (MD, PhD, PharmD), Pharmacovigilance (MD, PhD) and Drug Information (PharmD). They are experienced in their fields, and actively looking for new challenges. I offer them these opportunities with long-term growth and security. These are very narrow fields that require specific skill sets. In order to surface the best of the best in the marketplace, I screen my candidates thoroughly to be certain we have a good fit for the requirement. My clients include the top tier Fortune 100 companies where mediocre won't do!

"Before closing, I also wanted to comment on the job you are doing. We are both grateful to have you as our recruiter. Your professional experience really makes a difference to both of us. It is evident that you are trying to find good matches for your clients, which is so important but often, overlooked by many recruiters. Thank you".
